Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Titania Academy, we strive to offer flexibility and transparency when it comes to cancellations and refunds.


If you wish to cancel your course enrolment up to 31 days before the course start date, you will be eligible for a refund of 75% of the amount paid, subject to a 25% administrative fee.


Refund requests made after this 31-day period will not be processed, and the course fee will be non-refundable.


To request a cancellation and refund, please contact our Customer Care team, including your order number and relevant details. We are committed to ensuring a fair and straightforward process while respecting the time and effort invested in preparing each course.


*If, for any unexpected reason, Titania Academy cancels your course, the amount paid will be refunded, minus a 10% operational fee.
