Dr Stavros Eleftheriou

Dr Stavros Eleftheriou is a Specialist Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon (Cyprus) and Specialist Oral Surgeon (GDC UK). He has placed more than 15,000 dental implants to date, with a clinical focus on advanced implantology and reconstructive oral surgery.

He graduated from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece, in 1996. He completed his surgical training in General Surgery and Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at Rambam Healthcare Campus in Haifa, Israel, and subsequently undertook advanced training in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, Facial Plastic Surgery, and Implantology across Europe and North America.

In 2004, Dr Eleftheriou established a private practice in Cyprus, providing Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, Facial Cosmetic Surgery, and Implantology services. Since relocating to the UK in 2015, his clinical practice has been dedicated exclusively to complex implant dentistry, including:

• Alveolar bone reconstruction and regeneration

• Treatment of the atrophic maxilla and mandible with implants (including zygomatic, pterygoid, trans-nasal, and custom-made patient-specific subperiosteal implants)

• Sinus floor elevation and grafting (including minimally invasive techniques)

• Full-arch immediate-load restorations

• Implant placement in the aesthetic zone

Dr Eleftheriou lectures, mentors, and delivers courses and workshops nationally and internationally on advanced implantology and bone regeneration.
